I first discovered Your Vegas back in April of '08. They were opening for the Bravery & Fiction Plane. I had never heard of them before, however after their set I was left blown away. 
I was fortunate enough to get to catch them 2 more times once opening for Fiction Plane only then one more time for the Bravery & Fiction Plane. By this time I was really taken with YV. One of the first songs that really got me was "Up Until the Lights go Down" the lyrics just hooked me. 
Since then I have caught them just about everytime they have been within a few hours drive of my hometown. Once you've seen this band you can not deny that they are true "Rockstars" Their live performace is dynamic & absolutely incredible.
It definatly leaves you hungry for more Your Vegas.
I have branched out recently & met some fans & let me tell you that YV has some of the best fans! I have met some topnotch people at these shows. I am now fortunate enough to call friends at this point. Thanks YV! Thanks for the music & the friendships!!!
I am a music freak! I am a huge Fiction Plane & Your Vegas fan first & foremost. Growing up I loved & still love The Police, the Who, Duran Duran, Madonna, Prince, Led Zepplin, Pearl Jam, Billy Idol, Silverchair & Sting. That is just the a few artists. Since then I have gotten into the independant bands more.
Some of those bands are Stereoside, Autovaugh, Pete Dressman, Storm & the Balls, Linda Strawberry, Traverser, Guster, the Bravery, 30 Seconds to Mars & Newton Faulkner.
That may give you a bit of an idea of my music taste. I'm sure I have forgotten a lot of bands/artists.
I don't watch many movies although I do occasionally. Last movie I seen was Twilight.
I don't read much either. If I do it is usually self help, because God knows we all can use a little improvement in our lives. Especially me. I have recently picked up the Twilight books. I am now on the last one Breaking Dawn.
People of Interest:I love people as long as I am not ringing them up in a retail store. I worked retail for about 11 years & it made me hate people. Although under normal social situations I really do enjoy them.Places of Interest:I love to travel in particular when a concert is the ultimate payoff!Things of Interest:Purple is my favorite color
